After the bride smeared her groom’s face with wedding cake she grabbed him and licked the frosting off his nose. Not only was this a sweet and funny moment but it created a marvelous wedding photo.
This image is an example of wedding day photojournalism. We did nothing to pose this image but we were in the right place to capture it. We don’t take our cameras down when it looks like the moment is over, we are always watching for what is going to happen next. The moments right after and in-between the big moments are often the best, we know from experience.
