My style of wedding photography does not lend itself to a lot of overly posed work but during the couple's portraits portion of the day not everything can be photojournalistic. This is where I use active posing, creating scenarios that allow you to naturally interact and make beautiful wedding pictures.
This couple had to reschedule their wedding day due to COVID and it had been more than a year since I had captured this couple's engagement session but I still remembered how much fun they were to work with. The groom was extraordinarily playful with his bride and they clearly have so much fun together that a fun "pose" where they ran toward me was a great fit in their wedding gallery.
